The Tweed Heads & Coolangatta SLSC - patrolling Greenmount Beach since 1911. (A) young man endeavoured to effect a rescue, but was carried out.
The development of surf life saving at Coolangatta began with the State’s first recorded rescue in 1909 by a group of local, aspiring surf life savers. We all know someone who has been affected by Cancer, considering this club member Annette Bugni-Boughton has signed up to create an event. We would like to invite all club members to take part to remember those who have had to deal with this terrible disease. 🌼✨
Anyone who would like to join our club Dip it will be on Saturday August 22 at 9am outside the training room of TH&C SLSC The Dip will be followed by a shared morning tea and a few photo’s of everyone together. 🐳

What to bring: Something to share for morning Tea and a yellow swim cap if you have one.
