A huge congratulations to some of our SWT legends who took on the Gold Coast Half Marathon / Marathon on the weekend! 👏🏽

Every kilometre was earned through consistency, grit, and showing up - even on the days it was hard to 👊🏽

We’re so proud to have been part of your journeys and see you overcome hurdles, and can’t wait to see what challenges you take on next 🚀

Special shoutout to Stef who had no intent on running the marathon but all in the name of fun(?), was thrown in by his work at 5am Sunday morning 🙃

250 sessions of showing up.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Back Squat: 87.5kg → 117.5kg (+34%)
💪🏽 Deadlift: 100kg → 120kg (+20%)
🍑 Hip Thrust: 100kg → 187.5kg (+87.5%)
🏋🏽‍♀️ Bench: 52.5kg → 66kg (+26%)
🔥 Strict Press: 37.5kg → 45kg (+20%)

A 42% increase in total strength across her major lifts.

But the best part? It’s not just the numbers. It’s the commitment, the quiet consistency, and the work she puts in every single week.

250 classes down… and Liz is only getting started. 🚀

250 for Alan! 🚀

Been with us since day one. Alan made the transition with us from CrossFit to SWT, and has been one of those quiet achievers who just keeps trusting the process and showing up.

No fuss. No shortcuts. Just consistent effort, a commitment to improving, and always looking for the next little bit of progress. 👊🏽

He may rarely arrive on time 😂 but he always delivers… especially when it comes to an unintentional laugh that keeps everyone around him smiling.

250 sessions is huge, Alan. Thanks for being part of our journey from the very beginning. Here’s to the next 250! 🔥

Two 5am staples hit 250 🔥

Lyndall - what a journey so far 👌🏽 From where you started to now smashing box jumps (and we know how big that milestone is!), the progress has been incredible to watch. Always smiling, always showing up, and always keeping those around her accountable (hey Missy Shaw 😅) inside and outside the gym. She leads from the front, pushes herself every session, and somehow finds a way to make everyone else want to push harder too.

Poppy - the man who hides in his corner but somehow brings the vibe every single morning 🫡 The King of Bali, the leader of the boys, and somehow the guy who turns every session into an upper body day (even when it’s definitely not programmed 😂). Wouldn’t have it any other way. Beyond the laughs and the banter, Poppy is the type of person who lifts everyone around him. Always ready with the right words, the right encouragement, and the motivation to push his training buddies to be better. An inspiration to many inside our walls 🙌🏽

250 sessions isn’t just a number… it’s 250 mornings of commitment, growth, laughs, friendships and showing up for yourself.
