This is a worldwide fencing event where our sport is presented to the public across all continents.

Today we are at Southern Realms Festival to showcase our sport, chat to the public and give free fencing lessons! Come and check us out and have a crack!

Still recovering from a cold

Last weekend our team competed at Swordplay 2026. It was a massive event with a host of talent from Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Thank you to Ben Pope and the Vanguard Swordsmanship Academy team for running a stellar event and to all the volunteers that staffed the event so we could participate. Big congratulations to the Scholar Victoria team for raising the bar on this one.

Results from the Sword Fighter team, coming off the back of consistent training and preparation the team fenced excellently. The highlight was Chelsea Hawkey taking gold in the first event of the weekend, URG, and setting the tone for the rest of us. We are happy to report we had a fencer take a top 4 position in every division except Tier B Rapier.
