Our Free Community Run on Thursdays is growing weekly. So good to see people getting out and active in the beautiful location.

What an awesome day helping train and co-facilitate the Foundation Coaching Course this weekend.
Such a great program aimed at ensuring consistency and educated coaches are growing our sport responsibly.
So much great energy and enthusiasm 😎 and obviously the best facilitation team with ,
And
Spicy little swim set this morning with a few getting race ready for .
Learned dryland and in water warm ups for race day.
Main set -
3 X the following
3 x 50m race takeout speed
after third straight into 300m at race pace (learning to settle in and bring down the HR).
50m at 90%
Roos and Rain today but nothing will stop a TRex 💪
Not referring to the athletes just the coach and all their animal drills. Dolphin this, otter that and long dog. WTH?
