Come along to our come and try day on Saturday to experience rowing at bond.
We will be having a barbecue after for everyone who comes along.

Working out at the beach today. The squad smashed out a small circuit session, and then relaxed in the surf 🌊 before grabbing their coffee’s for the day. Thanks to everyone for contributing and helping starting off the day strong ☀️

Res wars competitors!!! The BUBC will be running a session to teach you the basics of rowing, starting at 9:00am this Sunday!
The competition itself will be next weekend

You aren’t a true rower until you’ve done at least one of the following things
1. Broken something
2. Had another rower’s butt in your face
3. Done boga (boat-yoga)
