Join Jenny Oceans for a powerful and practical workshop focused on understanding and supporting your nervous system in everyday life.
This session is designed to help participants better understand stress, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and the impact the nervous system has on how we feel, think, and experience life.
Jenny combines nervous system education with simple, effective tools and practices that participants can begin using immediately to create more calm, clarity, energy, and connection in their daily lives.
The workshop will include:
• Basic nervous system understanding
• How stress impacts the body and mind
• Practical tools to support nervous system regulation
• Breath awareness and regulation techniques
• Simple daily practices for more balance and wellbeing
