Join Jenny Oceans for a powerful and practical workshop focused on understanding and supporting your nervous system in everyday life.

This session is designed to help participants better understand stress, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and the impact the nervous system has on how we feel, think, and experience life.

Jenny combines nervous system education with simple, effective tools and practices that participants can begin using immediately to create more calm, clarity, energy, and connection in their daily lives.

The workshop will include:
• Basic nervous system understanding
• How stress impacts the body and mind
• Practical tools to support nervous system regulation
• Breath awareness and regulation techniques
• Simple daily practices for more balance and wellbeing
• A guided 30-minute nervous system reset breath session

MUM & MINIS YOGA 🧘🏽‍♀️

Introducing our first Mum & Minis monthly yoga session!
This is such a valuable session not only for a bonding experience with your children but also to help teach you children the value of movement, body awareness and also the skills to regulate their own emotions.

Our mission at BUMP Coomera isn’t just fitness it’s to support women and their families through all stages including those of their minis too!

We are so grateful to have such an amazing, experienced talent instructor run such a special class for our community ~ Roxy from Wedding & Event Childcare | Gold Coast & Brisbane 💕
