When you go down the dark road of drinking, loosing control and spiralling down bad habits, your health gets the hit. Your spirit. Coming out of that and building your way up to find your identity is the work.
For me I had to move cities, change my circle and isolate to find myself. Thank God for Jesus who saved me. Amen.
My health became so important and no, not this so called “balance” or “in moderation” phrase people say.
Your nervous system remembers it all. Your body keeps score. The trauma, the disruption caused from this vicious cycle.
Stress lingers, burnout lingers and getting yourself to vitality- it takes work. Mental, physical and spiritual.
Don’t just go with the motions. Take action.

When starting new habits you may feel a block, but bypass that discomfort, agitation or frustration and put in the effort you’ll eventually receive your reward. Start with 1% better a day. That’s all!

My beautiful girl, when you sync with your cycle it’s a practice of honouring your body. You’re exactly where you need to be. Look how far you’ve come. I’m so proud of you. 🤍
The foundations of what I teach is all about nature, we are apart of her. The seasons within us tell the story, we just have to listen. Pms is a sign of an imbalance of your hormones. Find you rhythm. The ingrain rhythm is the 28 day cycle, you’re not built to be on the 24 hour cycle like men. We are the moon, we have phases, men are the sun. We are biologically different.
