🏄‍♂️ Narrowneck Longboarding Comp is ON this Sunday! 🏄‍♀️

Dust off those longboards and join us for what looks like a great morning!

📍 Arrive: 6:30am
🏁 Comp starts: 7:00am sharp

Don't forget your $10 contribution, which covers your heat and the BBQ. If you forget to bring cash, no worries—we'll have card facilities available 😉.

The forecast from Surfline is looking promising, so conditions should be great. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the water for an awesome morning!

Thank you so much for everyone volunteering for the Marathon last weekend! I am sorry I missed it but have been told by our president, Jon Paul that it was a success and a great turnout. We thank you all for supporting not just the athletes but our Narrowneck Longboard Club. When we come together at events like these then we are a force to be reckoned with!

The Marathon is ON Sunday and thank you 🙏 to those that have put up their hands to help. If you’re able to help the Sunday gig starts at 6am and runs till 11.30am. Even if you have a couple of hours to help the club it would be appreciated ans bring whoever wants to lend a hand. Parking 🅿️ I’ve been told is tight so park at Mackintosh Island and walk over the bridge, we will be at “The Waterford” residences on 3482 Main Beach Parade. A Free Hat, Volunteer Shirts and Snacks are provided. (Coffee Shop close by too).

We are serving up water 💦 so fairly straight forward and 27.5km mark the runners will be spaced apart. See the map below. See you all Sunday. NLC Committee

VALE DOUG DEAN: Paddle out update.

Due to gusty SE winds forecast the Dean family have decided to move the paddle out for Doug to Kirra Beach. Please meet near the Kirra Surf Club just before 8am.

Got an unusual board? Long or short, we want to see it. A prize will be awarded for the most unique board on the day.

Current forecasts are looking promising with 2ft offshore conditions expected from early morning.

Fresh stock is arriving! Our new cream-coloured NLC shirts feature a lighter logo design to help keep you cool through summer.
