The thing that kept me stuck for years was not failure. It was the fear of it.
And here is the thing nobody explains — fear of failure is actually fear of judgment. It is not that you are scared of the hard work. It is that you are scared of doing the hard work publicly and still not getting the result. Because then what does that say about you?
So instead you do what I did. You half-commit. You start but leave yourself an exit. You tell yourself you are being realistic when actually you are just protecting your ego at the cost of your entire life.
Here is the psychology of it. When we half-try and fail, we can tell ourselves "well I was not really trying." That protects our identity. But when we go all in and still fall short, there is nowhere to hide. That feels unbearable. So we choose the comfortable version of failure — the one where we never really find out what we are capable of.
The problem is that comfortable failure is still failure. It just comes with a lifetime subscription of "what if."
There is no version of trying where you actually lose. You either get the result or you get the data that gets you there next time. Every woman who has the body, the confidence, the life — she has a longer list of attempts than you know about. You just see the result, not the tally.
The only real loss is staying on the sideline and wondering forever.

That life you keep thinking about?
The body. The energy. The confidence. The way you would walk into rooms. The way you would feel waking up every single morning knowing you are building something real.
You are not dreaming too big. You are just not yet doing the things that make it real.
And I want to be honest with you about why — because I was this woman for a long time and nobody was direct enough with me about what was actually happening.
The gap between the life you want and the life you have is almost never a gap in capability. It is a gap in identity. You do not yet fully believe that you are the woman who gets to have that life. And because you do not fully believe it, you do not fully act like it. And because you do not fully act like it, you do not get the result. And the lack of result confirms the belief. That is the loop.
The way out is not to wait until you feel worthy. The way out is to act like the woman you want to become before you feel like her. This is what psychologists call "behavioural activation" — the idea that action precedes feeling, not the other way around. You do not feel confident and then go to the gym. You go to the gym and then feel confident. You do not feel like a high-value woman and then raise your standards. You raise your standards and then feel like one.
The life you cannot stop thinking about is built in the decisions you make today. In the session you show up for when you do not feel like it. In the standard you hold when it would be easier to let it slide. In the boundary you keep when someone tries to talk you out of it.

Can I tell you the thing that actually changed my body?
It was not the program. It was not the nutrition plan. It was not finding the perfect split or the perfect macros or the perfect morning routine.
It was showing up on the days I did not want to.

You know, I used to think the secret to a glow up was a meal plan or a training program.
I genuinely believed that if I just found the right one - the perfect macros, the perfect split, the perfect routine - everything would click. The body would change. The confidence would follow. The life would fall into place.
So I tried them all. Every program. Every plan.
Every challenge. Every reset.
And every single time I would start strong, fall off, feel like a failure, and go looking for the next one.

This one is for the woman who has tried everything.

And lets be real, is frustrated as f*** about being at a stage in life where they have never experienced what its like to be a woman with the a body that they walk into ANY room and feel like ✨ THAT B*** ✨

You are not someone who is just “not meant” to have the body you want..
