💪 JULY FITNESS CHALLENGE – HOW LONG CAN YOU HANG? 💪
This month's challenge is all about improving your grip strength, shoulder stability and upper body endurance... and it's easier than you think to get involved!
Here's how it works:
⏱️ Step 1: Time how long you can hang from the bar and write your time on the blackboard.
✍️ Step 2: Have another go and write your second time next to your first.
📅 Step 3: Throughout July, aim to hang twice each week, updating your time as you improve.
📈 Step 4: At the end of the month, you'll be able to see just how much progress you've made!
Don't worry if your first attempt is only a few seconds. Everyone starts somewhere! The goal isn't to beat anyone else... it's to beat your own time. 🙌
You might be surprised how quickly your grip strength and confidence improve with a little consistency.
