Today, Iām not just celebrating a medal. Iām celebrating time. In a world that races for quick results, time rewards those who choose to stay the course. I stepped onto the mat carrying far more than my name. I carried my family, my students, every challenge that shaped me. I sat in silence. I stayed present and understood that the present is the greatest gift. This title was not won today. It was built over years. I donāt fight only for myself. I fight for everyone walking with me. This is what I want to pass on. Respect time. Live the present. Keep walking toward your purpose. When time meets someone who never quit, success stops being a surprise. It becomes the natural consequence of the journey.
Hoje eu nĆ£o celebro apenas uma medalha, celebro o tempo. Vivemos em um mundo que busca resultados imediatos, mas o tempo continua recompensando aqueles que escolhem permanecer. Hoje entrei no tatame carregando muito mais do que meu nome. Carreguei minha famĆlia, meus alunos, meus mestres e cada desafio que me transformou na pessoa que sou. Antes da primeira luta, sentei em silĆŖncio. Estive completamente presente e entendi que o maior presente que podemos receber Ć© viver o agora. Este tĆtulo nĆ£o foi conquistado hoje. Foi construĆdo ao longo de anos. Eu nĆ£o luto apenas por mim. Luto por todos que caminham comigo. Ć isso que quero ensinar. Respeite o tempo. Viva o presente. Caminhe todos os dias em direĆ§Ć£o ao seu propĆ³sito. Quando o tempo encontra alguĆ©m que nunca desistiu, o resultado deixa de ser surpresa. Ele se torna apenas a consequĆŖncia da jornada.
