Dance the choreography.

AND somehow watch the planes flying overhead at the exact same time. 😂✈️

Our dancers were midway through their performance at the HOTA Markets when the air show kicked off above them and, quite frankly… the concentration never stood a chance. 🤣

The pointing.
The faces.
The attempts to keep dancing while looking directly at the sky. 😂

And somehow, they still kept the routine going!

Honestly, these photos might be some of our favourites from the day because THIS is what community performances are all about — dancing, having fun and making some pretty special (and hilarious) memories along the way. 🥹💙

💜 WE ARE A PROJECT SKIP STUDIO.

We’re incredibly proud to officially be a Project SKIP affiliated studio — because we believe some of the most important things our students learn through dance have very little to do with steps. ✨

Of course, we want to develop strong, capable and confident performers.

But we also want to nurture young people who can communicate, connect with others, receive feedback, regulate their emotions, navigate pressure, set goals, overcome challenges and keep going when something feels hard.

That matters in the studio.
It matters backstage.
It matters on a competition floor.
It matters when the nerves kick in before a performance.

And, most importantly, it matters in life. 💜

Through Project SKIP, we’re able to intentionally nurture three incredibly important areas alongside our dance training:

🤝 Social Connection — building belonging, communication, trust and confidence.

🎯 Focus & Discipline — developing self-regulation, concentration, preparation and goal setting.

🌱 Resilience — giving our students tools to navigate challenges, pressure, emotions, setbacks and growth.

Because resilience isn't about never struggling. Confidence isn't about never feeling nervous. And success isn't about getting everything right the first time.

It's about developing the skills to work through those moments.

For our competition athletes, these tools can support how they prepare, perform under pressure, respond to feedback, work within a team and navigate the highs and lows that naturally come with competitive sport.

For our recreational dancers, they can help build confidence to try something new, make connections, take healthy risks and discover what they're capable of.

And for every HyFi student, they're skills we hope they carry far beyond our studio walls.

Dance is what brings us together — but developing the whole dancer and the whole person will always matter to us. 💙

This Saturday, four HyFidelity teams take the floor at the Aussie Gold Pan Pacific Cup — and this one marks the beginning of something pretty exciting. 🇦🇺💙

For Phoenix, Inferno & Embers, this weekend is about so much more than placings.

It’s an opportunity to put our routines in front of the judges, receive valuable feedback, see where we stand and learn exactly what we need to keep building as we turn our attention towards 2027. 🌎✨

Yes, Worlds bids are on the line 👀🇺🇸 — and you better believe we’ll be giving it everything we’ve got — but whatever happens this weekend, the bigger mission has already begun.

Every performance.
Every correction.
Every piece of feedback.
Every opportunity to grow.

It all becomes part of the journey. 💙

We have some BIG dreams for these teams, and this weekend officially kicks our 2027 Worlds campaign into a whole new gear. 🔥
