Aqua ZUMBA is making a splash at Superfish Benowa and I'd love you to come and give it a try! 🎉 Your first class is FREE, so you can come along and see what it's all about!

🗓 Tuesdays 9:00–10:00am
🗓 Thursdays 9:30–10:30am

No dance experience needed. No swimming experience needed. Just bring yourself, a smile, and be ready for a fun workout in the water! 🌊🎶

✔️ I absolutely pretend I know exactly how many songs we have left. Do I ever guess correctly? That's still up for debate.

✔️ I get way too excited when a favourite song comes on.

✔️ The room somehow runs on music and our love of coffee.

✔️ I sing what I hear... whether those are the actual lyrics or not is another story altogether! 🎵😂

✔️ And you've all seen me on those mornings after I've had a couple of coffees... let's just say my energy levels can be a lot. ☕☕🤣

But my favourite one?

❤️ Watching a room full of strangers become friends.

💜 **Class Cancelled Today** 💜

Unfortunately, due to a small injury, today's 10:30am Carrara class 23/06 has been cancelled.

I'm taking the day to rest and recover so I can get back to doing what I love as soon as possible. 😊

I'm sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you for always being so wonderful.

We'll be back to dancing, laughing and moving together next week! 💃✨

One of my favourite things is watching the children who come along to class grow in confidence over time. Seeing them step onto the stage with big smiles, brave hearts, and a willingness to give it a go is something truly special.

Those little moments of confidence and joy are pure magic. ✨
