Starting tomorrow, a few of us will be meeting for Monday Morning Meditation at sunrise.
6:00am on the beach, out the front of Dune Street, Tugun.
Free to join. No experience needed. Just bring yourself and something to sit on if you’d like.
We’ll watch the sunrise, settle into stillness, and create some internal space to meet what arises throughout the week.
I’d love to see you there 🌅

Our nervous systems are wired for connection.
Oxytocin plays an important role in helping us feel safe, supported and regulated. It’s one of the reasons why a comforting conversation, a hug, time with a pet, or being deeply understood can feel so healing.
When we understand that regulation often happens through connection rather than isolation, we can begin to approach ourselves with more compassion.
If you’re longing to feel more connected to yourself and supported in your healing journey, I’m currently taking on new clients for somatic psychotherapy and counselling online. Please reach out or visit the link in my bio to book an intro call to see if we’re a good fit.
Sending love, Naomi 💕

Just a little update 🌻
For the next few months, I’ll be seeing clients online only.
For those of you who have been working with me in person, I know it may take a little adjusting. But meaningful therapeutic work can happen wherever you are… curled up on the couch with a cup of tea, sitting in your car on a lunch break (I’ve facilitated many car counselling sessions 😂), or even in bed.
One of the things I love about online counselling is that it allows people to show up exactly as they are, in the comfort of their own space.
If you’ve been thinking about reaching out for counselling, you’re very welcome to book a complimentary connection call via the link in my bio.

Nothing humbles you quite like reading poetry written by your teenage self.
Some of it made me cringe. Some of it broke my heart.
Wrote about it on Substack. Link in bio 🌻

Mother’s Day can be complicated.
For some, it feels full and celebratory, which is beautiful. But for others, it can bring up grief, longing, loneliness or the pain of feeling unseen.
I wrote something about this last year and felt called to share it again.
A love letter to all the mums, and the women learning to mother themselves.
