Hi there Groovers, as the end of the year is drawing near and it's getting so busy there is only going to be one more tuesday afternoon dance class on for the year which will be Tuesday 16th Nov 5pm in the school hall at Guardian Angels. Class will resume in the new year on term 1.

Hey Peeps, due to the restrictions still in place for the Gold Coast, dance fitness class won't be on at the school tomorrow afternoon but if you are still keen to get a workout jump on the zoom class.

Hello My FB Friends!!

Hope everyone has been doing ok in lockdown, I know with the tough restrictions people are afraid to leave their homes, even to exercise.

With that said I'm going to do a live zoom fitness class this afternoon at 4.30pm, so you can get a great workout in the comfort of your lounge room.

No experience is needed and high and low options are demonstrated. Just wear something comfortable to work out in, have supportive footwear and some water.
