Active & Healthy Gold Coast

A quick follow-up on the Social Ride and Reset at The Spit on Saturday 27 June (8:00am start from Gowonda Dolphin Place at the Spit).

We’ve already got a few people signed up and it’s shaping up to be a lovely relaxed 1–1.5 hour coastal ride — hidden dirt roads and trails, ocean views, fresh air, and good company.

If you saw the first post and have been thinking about joining, this is a great low-key one. These rides are about getting out, moving, chatting, and that feel-good boost from being active in nature with others.

All levels welcome. MTB, helmet and water is all you need.

This one’s a social cruise with a bit of exploring: mostly easy paths to keep it relaxed, plus a few hidden little trails in The Spit for anyone who feels like a quick “what’s down there?” 🌿

Pace is friendly, stops are guaranteed, and the vibe is always: no ego, just good humans on bikes. Plus a stop at the end for some coffee and breakfast for those that are interested for a chat.
