We’ve made some changes to our group fitness timetable.
If you’ve been wanting to come in and try out our classes but the times haven’t suited you ….. check again!

We’ve added 2 early morning classes on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, plus moved our evening classes to start a little later.

Don’t be shy . Come on down if you’re looking for something different in a fun and energetic environment!!
