INGREDIENTS π
40g rolled oats
1 large egg (45g)
30g egg whites
80g Chobani natural light Greek yoghurt
30g vanilla wpi protein powder
6g mckenzies baking powder
60g frozen blue berries
60g frozen raspberries
5ml extra virgin olive oil spray
10g pure Australian honey
INSTRUCTIONS π
1. Add 40g rolled oats, 1 large egg, 30g egg white, 80g light Greek yogurt, 30g vanilla wpi protein powder and 6g baking powder to a blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth.
2. The batter will be thick. Add 55ml water gradually, one tablespoon at a time, blending briefly between additions, until you reach a pourable pancake consistency.
3. Heat a non stick fry pan over medium-low heat. Coat with olive oil cooking spray (5ml)
4. Pour the batter into rounds, about 2-4 tablespoons each, into the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set.
5. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden.
6. In the same pan, heat 60g frozen raspberries and 60g blueberries over medium heat until softened and glossy, releasing their juices. No need to thaw first.
7. Stack the pancakes, spoon the warm berries on top, and finish with a drizzle of 10g honey.

Chicken Caesar Wrap ππ―

INGREDIENTS π
1 Simson Pantry high pro high fibre wrap
120g chicken breast raw weight
30g Chobani light Greek yoghurt
15ml Praise 99% fat free caesar dressing
15g Perfect Italian grated Parmesan
20g shredded lettuce
5ml lemon juice
5g garlic powder
3g black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS π
1. Mix your Chobani light greek yoghurt, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, lemon juice and black pepper in a bowl until smooth this is your Caesar sauce quarter
2. Lay your wrap flat and cut a slit from the edge to the centre
3. Fill each quarter clockwise, chicken, shredded parmesan, cos lettuce, caesar yoghurt spread
4. Fold each quarter over the next until you have a tight triangle
5. Press in a sandwich press until golden and crispy
6. Slice in half and enjoy π

1 x Mission souvlaki wrap
120g Extra lean raw beef mince
10g Greek style mingle seasoning
20g Black swan skinny tzatziki
30g shredded lettuce
80g tomato
20g red onion
15g South cape crumbled feta
INSTRUCTIONS π
1. Mix Greek style mingle seasoning through mince
2. Flatten 120g on top of a souvlaki wrap
3. Place in Sandwich press until cooked
4. Spread 20g of tzatziki as a thin layer
5. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and crumbled feta
6. Roll into a wrap with aluminium foil or as is on a plate
7. Enjoy π
