I have always had a love for baking, but I started doing this more seriously when I was 9 months pregnant with my second child (I know, crazy)

Here’s a minute of me decorating this beautiful 5 tier wedding cake with floating tier at the QT Hotels & Resorts on the Gold Coast. The stunning couple were also taking a first look at the venue and practising their first dance.
As always, it’s such an honour to be a part of someone’s day 🥹

A gorgeous setup at Cedar Creek Estate Winery at Mt Tamborine. I LOVE creating wedding cakes, whether they’re simple or extravagant. I feel so lucky to be a part of someone’s special day ❤️

I attempted macarons in my new oven recently and had a bit of a fail! Came out undercooked 🥴
So I’ll be trying again very soon to make sure I have beautiful macs like these to put on cakes 🩷
Even for a professional, they can humble you 😂
