🌿 Release tension with **30 minutes of Somatic Movement**, helping relax tight muscles, especially through the midsection, improve posture, and prepare your body for deeper movement.
✨ Sculpt and strengthen with **30 minutes of Beginning Callanetics**, using gentle, highly effective exercises that tone your body without harsh impact, heavy weights, or exhausting workouts.

Explore; Remain curious and Go Deeper.
My lovely Zoom students have been with me now for six years. Their understanding of the concepts and Somatic movements have increased massively along with awareness of their own habituated movement patterns.
They've become self monitoring, self correcting and ultimately self enhancing.
It's a beautiful, magnificent process 🥰
I often remind them of Moshe Feldenkrais's inspiring maxim "There is no limit to change" and so I encourage my students to periodically return to, and explore a beginners mindset which is vital for continued results.
Moving slower into position...
Breathing deeply...
Remaining curious...
Noticing and sensing the subtle, quiet shifting out of alignment. Reducing energy and effort...
Smoothing out the tiny, delicate yet powerful, transformative pulse.
This is where the true transformation begins!!

Working with my lovely students, guiding them through a workout and helping them achieve their best results as they transition through the Somatic Sculpting journey, has and remains my most favourite thing to do. Posting on social media somehow doesn't get added on my 'to do' list.
However, I've decided to start sharing some of the wonderful testimonies I receive.
The testimonies I receive that fire me up and excite me the most are the discoveries that are made by my intermediate and advanced students when they give themselves permission to step back and replace 'training hard' with'exploring and paying closer attention to their bodies. Our body speaks to us via sensations and listening closely to those sensations can create some remarkable body sculpting changes.

Lucie's Abdominals Testimony
I loved Lucie’s beautiful reflection on the benefits of allowing ourselves to slow down, reduce the effort, and soften the energy we bring to our movements. As many of you will have heard me say on Zoom (more than once! 😂), sometimes the most powerful progress happens when we return to a simpler, beginner’s setup and explore the exercises and Somatic movements from there.
By easing back and giving ourselves permission to move slower and more gentle whilst noticing and listening to the internal sensations of our bodies, we often discover a deeper awareness of the movement, better connection to the muscles, and surprisingly effective results.
