Who Loves attending Toddler Time, Stay and Play, Baby Rhyme or Story Time at a Local Library or just going to the Library?
Burleigh Heads lost all these services this week and loose the Library next Friday.
Burleigh Heads Library is in such a unique location that you park in free parking at the beach or paid parking at the library, go for a walk or play then head over to the Library. After that you can grab lunch from James Street supporting local and go eat it at the beach or on the hill.
At the moment this has been forever lost.
If you would like to see the Burleigh Heads Library stay open please email every Councillor who voted to close it along with your local councillor. Tell them why it needs to stay open and ask why they voted to close it. It was a 6 to 9 vote so close in a way.
If you have time also go and sign the petition at Burleigh office works or the Bowls club.
Toddler Time was a Tuesday and always packed now locally we have a playgroup at Tallebudgera Valley, one over in Mudgeeraba and over at Newlife on Tuesdays. There is Robina Rhyme Time but it was pretty much at Capacity last I saw.
Please Share this with everyone you know!!

This Monday January 26th at 5am-6am we will start our day with our Kombumerri ceremony to clear energy and continue to make positive efforts reconciling with our local community in a peaceful event supported by the City of Gold Coast and Glenn TOZER for Mudgeeraba & Hinterland (Division 9).
Everyone is welcome to join us - we love seeing our community there to support and heal with us 🫶🏽
Come have a free bbq breakfast with us after and say hello to our work teams that help Ngarang-Wal share culture daily 🍳🥓🥞
