There’s a pattern I see often…high-achieving people who suddenly feel like they’ve “lost motivation.”
But what’s actually happening isn’t a mindset issue.
It’s overload.
Your nervous system has been running at capacity for too long. 🪫
Work pressure. Emotional load. Constant decision-making. Digital noise. Internal expectations.
And over time, your system adapts the only way it knows how -
by slowing you down.
Not to sabotage you.

What looks like procrastination is often depletion.
