Ever finished one of Russ’s classes and thought “I’d literally pay this man to be my personal trainer?” 👀🏋️‍♀️

Well… good news. Strength Only classes are coming to the platform Tuesday 14.07.26 — free weights, no reformer, Russ back to his personal training roots.

Book a reformer, roll a mat out next to it, grab some dumbbells and go. It’s basically PT session without the price tag 😌
