Can you relate to this:
“I really want a better system to follow and guide my atheletes in a better direction.
I feel as though each meso I have to rethink what to do… then sometimes I’m not sure where to even start with clients. There is too much information out there for athletes and knowing what is misleading and what is best practice.”
Let us help you trouble shoot common issues we see with strength athletes faster and more efficiently. How to program with more clarity and get better results for your clients.
Head to the link in our bio to register for the Strength Training Seminar happening here at Nexus Gym on Saturday 5th Sept from 9am.

Wow!
It’s hard to fathom how far this competition has come and how proud we are of everyone who was involved over the weekend! The 5th Annual Deadlift For Dogs competition was spectacular.
Congrats to all the athletes who smashed PBs, thank to all our volunteers and helpers who made these competitions run so smoothly.
Nexus team smashed it and the Animal Welfare League NSW crew in Armidale are going to put this to great use helping animals in dire need.
THANK YOU!

DEADLIFT FOR DOGS IMPORTANT INFORMATION
📍 Location: The event will be held at our new home, Nexus Performance Gym, 39 Ern Harley Dr, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220. Please use Google Maps rather than Apple Maps, as the new location may not yet be updated on Apple’s database.

We ask all athletes to arrive 1 hour before their session start time to allow enough time for the lifters briefing and warm-up. The competition will officially kick off at 10am Saturday 15th August.
🏋️ Competition Day: All athletes and handlers will receive a wristband, with only athletes and one handler per athlete permitted in the warm-up room. No unauthorised photographers or videographers will be permitted in this area.
🚗 Parking: There is plenty of free onsite parking, along with ample street parking, so parking shouldn’t be an issue. There are no designated parking spaces.
🧦 Lifting Attire: Knee-high socks covering the shins are mandatory, and lifting straps are permitted for this event. Finally, don’t forget to bring your best dog-themed attire — we’re raising money for the dogs, so dress accordingly. 🐕
