I spend the majority of my day working, sitting on my ass, locked in doing what I need to do.
Sacrificing your health to progress in your career is one of the laziest excuses people use to make themselves feel better.
You don’t need to become a chubby, unhealthy, repulsive sack of visceral fat just to move forward in life.
Build a routine. Stay consistent. Raise your standards.
It’s a good thing to want to be the best version of yourself.

When Cristiano Ronaldo says he played an average game, he’s still better than 99.9% of people…he’s judging himself by his standard.
I realised, what feels mediocre for me, would be a peak for most. Most would think of arrogance. Unfortunately it’s just honesty. I know my potential, standards, and the work behind them.
