Are you passionate about coaching people, building an incredible community, and leading from the front?

We're looking for a Part-Time Head Coach to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is more than just coaching classes - it's an opportunity to play a key role in the growth and success of our studio.

What you'll do:
💪 Coach high-energy strength & conditioning classes
👥 Lead, mentor and support our coaching team
🤝 Deliver an outstanding member experience and build genuine relationships
📈 Drive membership growth through lead follow-up, sales conversations and member retention
📲 Create and appear in engaging social media content that showcases our community
📊 Assist with studio operations and ensure every session runs to the highest standard

We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience coaching group fitness
✔️ Is a natural leader who inspires others
✔️ Loves connecting with people and isn't afraid of sales
✔️ Is organised, reliable and takes initiative
✔️ Wants to make a real impact in a growing business
