Monday 5 June, 5:45-7:15pm at GC Leisure Centre. In this seminar, we'll cover everything you need to know about optimizing your sleep for peak athletic performance. You'll learn about the importance of sleep duration and quality, and how to measure and track your sleep. We'll also dive into power naps, pre and post-sleep routines, recovery strategies, wind-down techniques, and sleep hygiene best practices. This seminar is fully catered and includes a sleep kit for each athlete valued at over $200. Limited to 22 athletes. Recommended for ages 12-18. Head to www.22goldcoast.com to book.
