Honestly take 10 minutes from your day and watch this! It is so absolutely true! We get caught up in our day to day lives and forget what Living life is all about, especially working to live not living to work.....Needless to say my plans for today have changed!

Instructing a class for a group of children 3-5years and one says "Peta, I can do pilates much better then you"! Truth is children usually perfect anything you ask of them instantly - in this case a shoulder bridge!! Amazing day doing what I love with the children 😍
