Weekend results 🏅

Our fighters are back home and we get to learn a bit about what this competition has brought to their journey and to our gym as a result 💪

🙏🏼Jaxon went in first displaying beautiful respect for the sport and coach humbly accepting a demo performance. This means both hands get lifted at the end of the bout no matter who scored more. 📖
This did not slow him down on his preparation for this competition as the win is just a consequence of hard work and being willing to go through the steps as your coach lays it down for you 🫡 Jax, we can't wait to see what the future holds for you. Thanks for representing us well in the ring 🔥

🥇Skylah was next, stepping up to an opponent with more experience and wins than herself and an age gap of 15yo vs 17yo. Skylah did not crumble under pressure and in an overwhelming display of courage and strength, we go home with an unanimous win decision and a crowd in awe of her skills 👏🏻 well done Skylah, we are very proud of you 🧡🖤

📈 Zac wrapped up the day with a challenging debut, suffering from a nasty rib injury a week before the fight, our athlete stuck to his word and brought his supporters to witness himself get tested in his passion in the Brisbane show.
No excuses, no letting down. Regardless of the result, Zac has outdone expectations and can walk away with his chin up knowing he did his best.
