BILOELA DANCE FEST WRAP UP!!
Another amazing Biloela Dance Festival for our Bellissima Dancers 😍😍😍

I know we say this often, but there is no other way to put it.....

We are so SO proud of all of our Dancers!!! It takes a certain level of bravery to go up on that stage by yourself and perform your heart out. Not only do you have to remember the dance, you need to remember to move your body to match the genre of dance and don't forget the face that is always required to sell your story.

And for some of our dancers this was the first time competing solos on stage and they tackled those nerves and DELIVERED 😍😍

On top of all of the 1st, 2nds, 3rds and highly commended our dancers received two of our dancers also received over all awards 🤩😍🤩😍

Hallie D received the Passion for Dance Senior Soloist and Mikayla N the Excellence in Contemporary Award.

A huge shout out to Biloela Dance Festival for another fantastic event. We appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes in to providing these opportunities for our regional dancers. And the ladies in the canteen knocked it out of the park!!!!!

Sunday saw our most senior RG athletes compete 😍

Again, the improvements that we saw from both Coach and Judge perspective were phenomenal!!! These girls have worked so hard and it showed on the day, the level of composure under pressure was inspiring. And we are so proud of how they kept on going even when things went a little pear shaped 🤩

AND A MASSIVE SHOUT OUT TO THE BELLISSIMA CHEER SQUAD!!!! You honestly MAKE these competitions!!!!

RG STATE TITLES - PART 2

Saturday saw our Super Star Levels 1, 2 and 3 compete.

These little legends possibly have the hardest competition out of everyone. For Levels 1 & 2 it can be the first time competing at a competition of this scale.

And Level 3 this is by far the biggest change of your RG career. You go from being one of four on the floor to being the only gymnast on a 14x14m floor. And you change from one judge watching you to a panel of 9+. This change is MASSIVE and our level 3's performed beautifully. To see how far they have come and overcome their nerves on the day is AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩

RG STATE TITLES 2026 - Part 1

Our amazing athletes competed at the Qld RG State titles from Friday - Sunday and what a weekend of competition it was!!

FRIDAY - Our Level 4 athletes started off the competition on Friday afternoon and performed beautifully! To see how far they have come this year and how much they have improved on the floor was PHENOMENAL!!!!

We are so proud of all of our athletes professionalism and dedication to the sport. Even when things didn't go right they all picked up and kept on going and you can't ask for any more than that! 😍😍

On Monday we were extremely lucky to have a mini workshop with head coach from PCYC Kerrie and Mia from their senior international group. We learnt some fantastic new skills and the girls were in awe of their abilities 🤩🤩🤩

Then no rest! Holiday training started Tuesday with the athletes putting their new learnt skills in to practice!

Last weekend saw our Competitive Rhythmic Gymnasts travel to Allure Gymnastics on the Gold Coast for Junior Challenge 1.

All competitors competed beautifully and we heard some astronomical cheers from the sidelines 😆👏📢

Bellissima Carnivale - Day 2 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Sunday saw our recreational and competitive dancers perform at our Carnivale!

Again, it was so heartwarming to see the support from our littlest up to our biggest dancers cheering on their peers 😍😍😍

Carnivale is a great space for our dancers to perform their new and existing choreography before our upcoming competitions and it was so lovely to see our recreational dancers perform what they have been learning in class!

Again, it takes a lot of bravery to get up there in front of a crowd and they all did such an amazing job!!!!
