When a woman decides to settle, to feel, and to open herself to what is possible for her, without always doing, striving or pushing… she finally gets to meet the deepest, purest version of herself.
The version that was never lost.

Last night, something truly beautiful unfolded inside The Portal. 🤍
As each woman entered the temple, the space softened. There was a sense of being deeply held, deeply seen and completely safe to let go.
What I witnessed wasn’t women trying to fix themselves.
It was women finally allowing themselves to rest.
The mind became quieter.
The body began to speak.
The nervous system softened.
And little by little, each woman found her way back home to herself.
As I guided the journey, I shared from a place that feels deeply sacred to me. My work has always been about moving beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom held within the body, where remembrance begins.
There was breath.
There was stillness.
There was release.
There was a peace that words can barely describe.
This beautiful message arrived in my inbox afterwards…
“Thank you so very much for tonight’s journey, Kym. I was witness to how much my nervous system was in need of nurture. I look forward to travelling the ethos with you soon.” 🤍
Moments like these remind me why The Portal exists.
Not to fix women.
Not to change who they are.
But to offer a space where the nervous system feels safe enough to soften…
where the body remembers…
and where women come back to themselves.
