A reminder for all competitors, coaches and supporters attending the AAITF Open National Taekwon-Do Championships!

⏰ Doors Open: 7:30am
📝 Registration & Weigh-In: 7:30am – 8:30am
👥 Coaches & Umpires Meeting: 8:30am – 8:45am
🥋 Competition Begins: 9:00am

Please arrive early to allow plenty of time for registration and weigh-in, and to get settled before the competition begins.

Welcome back to what promises to be a very busy term of Taekwon-Do!

We're kicking off with our Beginners' Tigers classes today at 4:45, followed by the Advanced Tigers at 5:15pm.

I should have our new batch of hoodies very soon, so keep an eye out for those too.

We have a team of 15 atm attending the National Championships 😮

Today, we honor the memory of General Choi Hong Hi (9 November 1918 – 15 June 2002), the Founder of Taekwon-Do.

With gratitude and respect, we remember the man who gave the world this martial art and whose legacy continues to inspire generations of practitioners worldwide.

As one Taekwon-Do family, we proudly carry his vision forward.
