🏏 Pre-season is just around the corner! 🏏

Can’t believe we’re only about 2 and a half weeks away from kicking off pre-season training again. First pre season cricket training will be on Wednesday 22nd of July at 4:30pm. Training days will be every Wednesday, Friday 4:30-6:30pm.
Feels like the grand final was only yesterday, but the new season is coming around quick!
Excited to get back into it, shake off the rust, and start building up for another big year of cricket.
Plenty of hard work ahead, soon everyone will get stuck into training again.
Also a big welcome to our new coach Daniel Breen for this season — looking forward to learning from him and seeing what he brings to the group.
Let’s get to work 💪🔥🦅

Gday guys, congrats to all for the grand final win on Sunday again. We have our presentation night tomorrow at 5pm at Jarvis oval. Hope to see all of you there.

For everyone scheduled to be playing in a grand final today,
we have reviewed the latest weather forecast for Sunday,
which is showing a high chance of rain and storm activity during the game.
We’ve decided to move the Grand Final to today to avoid possible delays or cancellation.
We want to make sure everyone gets to enjoy a full and fair game in good conditions.
New day: Saturday 7th Feb 2026
Time: 1:00pm/ players asked to be at ground at 12:15pm for warmups
Venue: Remains the same unless changed by your division.

Morning everyone, seen that seniors and women’s games have been cancelled over the weekend, and due to the amount of smoke round today, the Taveners Victoria Cricket Association has cancelled all Abilities Cricket Games for today.
Look forward to seeing most of you at training next week for the semi finals.
Hopefully as many of you can get there as possible. If not possible, that’s okay.
