Dragon boating, the ultimate team sport from 12 years to 90 years young. Fun, Fitness, Friendship Paddles and Life Jackets are provided.

Dragon boating is high adrenaline team sport, resting heart rate to max in 15 seconds that is both social and competitive with up to 22 people in a boat. Yesterday a few of our members attended a regatta in Carrum joining teams with the Kingfisher Dragon Boat Club. It was a foggy start but changed into a beautiful sunny winters day.

Our members attended the Footscray Regatta yesterday consisting of 200metre and 1klm races, coming home with 2 x 3rd trophies. Thank you to all involved.
