Balyang Sanctuary parkrun

The roster is as good as full, all the tokens from last week have been sorted, the vollie vests have been washed and we’re ready for the off tomorrow morning

Please follow the usual protocols:

* don’t forget your barcode
* please listen to the Run Director when the main briefing starts
* try and get onto the path at the start. Why you may ask? Well we are going to try to get everyone on the path in the morning to see if that eases congestion in the first few hundred metres.
* please be courteous to other people on the path, parkrunners and non-parkrunners alike
* have fun

Hi folks, to give everyone time to find an alternative event, if the role of finish tokens cannot be filled by 8pm tonight, we will have to cancel tomorrow’s event.

We still need a volunteer to hand out the finish tokens tomorrow, otherwise we will have to cancel the event, and that’s something we’d really like to avoid.

There’s nobody registered at Balyang with that name and there’s 8 of you in the database at various parkruns.

The roster is in need of a little TLC as we still need a person to fill the Finish Tokens role and two more barcode scanners

We can probably recruit some barcode scanners in the morning but we can’t run the event without someone to hand out the Finish Tokens
