⭐️Bring water bottle, sweat towel and yoga mat
⭐️Easy to follow moves, we break down 3-4moves very briefly before each track, and these moves just repeat through the song 🎶 not tricky to master- just simple and fun, and can be tailored to all fitness and dance abilities

This time of year can be tough to leave the house on the chilly Monday nights… tonight was particularly blustery!

Competition time:
Between now and the end of September, If you attend 9 classes, you’ll be in the draw to win a 5 class pass (value $65, expiry 3months)
I know it can be tricky if you’re unwell or away, so I’ve allowed 3 nights off over 12 weeks.

Well done to the crew who marked off their first class tonight! I’ll have the tally sheet at the door next week.
