Fight team cooking up again for pridefightseries

All these guys prepped together for Muay Vic (we had all 5 matched on there originally).

Now they're straight back into it. Considering they all got through the Muay Vic prep with no injuries, no doubt they'll be very prepared for Pride.

Most of them also intend to back up Pride straight away to fight on Valley in November as well.

Alyssa, Hayden, Seb & Josh are all looking to fight C Class.

Nick, however, is taking his first B Class fight.

This will be our first step towards the pro ranks as a gym.

Nick has been unwavering in his dedication to Muay Thai ever since he set foot in the gym. He's definitely starting to find his feet, understand the sport & will definitely be looking to put on a show at Pride.

We have had unpadded fights in the early days before there was clear separation in SA between Ammys & Pros, but by no means were they professional fights.

Pride is on Saturday, October 17th, at the Hart's Mill in Port Adelaide & tickets are available online. Suss the Pride Fight Series social media for links. You don't want to miss it. It's looking like an absolute cracker of a lineup.

No wins for Seb or Alyssa over on Muay Vic.

Seb took a while to get going, ate a few big leg kicks, but showed some good heart & came home strong with some good clinching in the 3rd. Only 9 months & 2 fights in, he definitely shows some promise. Points loss.

Alyssa fought up in weight once again because she can never get any fights at her weight. Technically, it was her best fight to date, just a bit too small for that weight. Points loss.

Thanks to Nick for his help out the back & thanks to the rest of the team for still making the trip over to support.

Huge thank you to my brother Connor too for coming over & playing baby sitter for Luca while Alyssa & I did our thing.
