So I jumped on the 80’s trend… and clearly got a little carried away 😂

What started as “let’s see what we’d look like in the 80’s” somehow turned into a full-blown trip through the decades!

We stepped all the way back to 1910, then worked our way through the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s… before heading into the 90’s and 2000’s. 😂

Absolutely nothing movement related here today, just a bit of fun!

I always loved the 80’s so I think that one is my favourite. 😂💖

“Just because I could yesterday, doesn’t mean I can today. But just because I can’t today, doesn’t mean I won’t be able to tomorrow.”

Some days movement feels effortless.
You feel strong, capable and full of energy.

Other days, the exact same thing can feel like a grind.

And that’s completely normal.

Our bodies aren’t machines. Energy changes. Life happens. Some days we have more to give than others.

So if something feels harder today than it did yesterday, give yourself a break.

It doesn’t mean you’ve gone backwards.
It doesn’t mean you’re not strong.
And it definitely doesn’t mean tomorrow will feel the same.

Show up.
Do what you can with what you’ve got today.
Listen to your body.
Then be proud of yourself for doing the work.

Some days you’ll smash it.
Some days you’ll simply get through it.

Both days count 🩵

Our first Mt Cannibal Community Walk is done! 🌿🥾

These six brave humans chose courage over comfort this morning.

They braved the weather, stepped outside their comfort zones, and showed up for themselves and each other.

Some walked Mt Cannibal for the very first time, some for the first time in years, and some as regulars. None of that mattered. What mattered was simply showing up.

There was no competition, no pressure, and no expectation to be the fastest or fittest. Just movement, connection, fresh air, shared stories, and a reminder that we’re capable of more than we think.

This is what it’s all about! 💚

A community where everyone is welcome, everyone is supported, and every step counts.

What a beautiful way to start the weekend.

Another bittersweet moment for MBF…

For the past three years, we have been blessed to have one of the best humans I know as part of our team.

Today, Coby taught her final classes with us, marking the end of a very special chapter at MBF.

Coby is like a little sister to me, and I feel incredibly lucky to have watched her grow, not only throughout her life, but also as an instructor.

Coby brings something truly special to the lives of everyone she meets, and I’m so grateful that so many of you have had the chance to experience her heart, charisma, and energy.

I know we’re all a little sad to see her go, but I also know you’ll join me in thanking Coby for everything she has given our community and in wishing her all the very best for her next adventure.

There’s no pressure.
Just good people, fresh air, movement and connection.

Everyone is welcome!
Come solo, bringing your partner, a friend or the kids.

This is about building a community of like minded people who enjoy moving their body, being active and supporting each other along the way.

You’ll be supported.
You’ll have fun.
And you definitely don’t need to be “fit enough” to join.
I truely believe you can do this!
