This is what a 3 months commitment can look like!
Giacomo and I started working together exactly 3 months ago with the goal to lose weight and get in shape.
Even though he's in a colori deficit he still enjoys 1 or 2 meals on the weekend but when it's time to smash a workout he puts 100%.
First two photos are "before" and last 2 are "after"

It's been a while since I posted something
So this is my current condition,sitting at 83-84 kg with calories fluctuating from 2250 to 2650 and gaining strength anyway.
Thanks to my coach we are going to get the vest condition my body can achieve.
