A huge congratulations to our skipper who will reach 100 senior games against Pearcedale on Saturday!

In her first year as captain, Steph has been super versatile, ever-reliable, leads from the front and plays wherever she is needed, always doing the job. Steph has had a great season for the dolphins and 100 games is a massive milestone and a testament to her commitment and dedication.

After being sorely missed last week, our number one returned in style with a trademark performance that earned her Round 14 MVP honours. Elizabeth’s relentless repeat efforts, selfless 1-percenters and willingness to put her body on the line set the standard from the first bounce to the final siren.

The little things often make the biggest difference, and no one does them better than Liz. Welcome back – what a game! 🔴⚪⚫

A clean sweep for the Dolphins as both our seniors and reserves came away with the four points against the Tyabb Yabbies!

The seniors produced a dominant performance, running out convincing 148–0 winners. More importantly than the scoreboard, the group committed to playing four quarters of Frankston football—bringing relentless pressure, selfless teamwork and intensity from the first bounce to the final siren, regardless of the opposition.

Our reserves battled through another tough contest with the Yabbies, grinding out a hard-fought 20–8 victory. It was a physical game from start to finish, but the girls stuck to the task, worked for one another and found a way to get the job done.

A fantastic day for the club and another proud day for the red, white and black. On to the next! ❤️🤍🖤

This week’s MVP goes to Georgia Goss!

Despite only playing a handful of games for Frankston, Georgia continues to make an impact every time she pulls on the red, white and black. Her electric speed, elite decision-making and fearless approach to every contest make her a standout, while her ability to hold her ground in defence sees her become a brick wall for the opposition.

Coached by our very own Seikula at the Rye-Sorrento Waves, it’s easy to see where Georgia has developed her football IQ and talent. Her future is incredibly bright, and we’re lucky to have her as part of the Frankston family.

A fantastic result for our seniors, coming away with a hard-fought 32–21 victory over Karingal on their home turf!

This was a win that has been building for weeks. The girls have continued to put in the work, trust the process and compete relentlessly, and today they were rewarded. It was a complete team performance built on determination, resilience and a willingness to fight for every contest.

We’re incredibly proud of the effort and the result—one that’s been well and truly deserved.

Our reserves enjoyed a well-earned bye this week and will be ready to hit the track ahead of their next challenge.

Soma has been determined to improve every aspect of her game, consistently putting in extra work and taking every opportunity to learn. Whether it’s staying behind to work one-on-one with the coaches or continually looking for ways to develop, her dedication has been second to none.

A hard-fought victory for our reserves, grinding out a 13–10 win over Tyabb in some incredibly tough conditions.

With thick fog, wet weather and a heavy ground making every contest a battle, it was a true slog from the opening bounce. The girls showed resilience, determination and plenty of heart, sticking at it all day to come away with the four points.

Not every win is pretty, but this was one built on grit, teamwork and never giving up. A fantastic effort from the entire group! 💪❤️🤍🖤

DIVISION 1 GAME FORFEIT -
Unfortunately our Div 1 girls will be not playing their game this afternoon, the girls will be having some R&R for the big clash next week at Karingal instead!
