Located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, Cyber City provides comprehensive services, including restaurant, KTV, Video games. Currently, business will expand to a new level by opening new bar soon including all entertainment facilities. Cyber City takes pleasure in confirming its offer of employment as a FULL TIME restaurant manager with annual salary of $55000.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planning Menus in consultation with Chefs

Organising Special functions

Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget

Promoting and marketing the business

Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service

Selecting, Training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff

Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders

Liaising With customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc.

Handling customer enquiries and complain


Relevant academic background and previous experience are preferable. Recent graduates are welcome to apply!!
