Come and join us on a Friday at 4.30 till 5.30 for our intermediate class!

Open to older kids all the way to adults. Great if you are just starting out or trying to get back into training.
Join in for strikes, footwork and lots of banter, hope to see you there!

First Friday class done! Yesterday we worked through sparring drills and katas, it was great to see everyone 🙂
