This week is all about balance, footwork and moving towards our term 2 grading. Remember the weather may not be at its best but we are ready for what it throws at us.
Practice your foundation techniques and we will see you on the mats this week.

We are looking for a plush blue dog with floppy ears that may of been left at the dojo on Saturday morning
We have a very sad little girl that is missing her best friend
It may of been dropped out in the car park after Juniors so around 1050am to 11am
If anyone spotted the plush dog or picked it up by accident please drop me a message and we can reunite the two friends
