Whether you’re a seasoned rower or have never stepped into a boat, an Ergo class is a fantastic workout. 🚣♀️ It builds strength, fitness and endurance, is low-impact and challenges your whole body. For rowers, it helps build power and fitness for the water; for non-rowers, it’s a fun way to discover the benefits of rowing without ever needing to get in a boat! 💪❤️

There’s a peace in rowing on a calm evening that’s hard to explain. The water is still, the boat glides quietly, and for a little while, the world feels completely still. It’s a feeling that’s hard to find anywhere else. ❤️

Great racing for our Footscray Club crews and composites.
Despite thunder, lightening and heavy rain on Sunday, we had a great weekend.
