💙 To our Dodgeball Sydney family,
This is, without a doubt, one of the hardest messages we’ve ever had to write.
After more than eight incredible years of running our social league at Riverwood, we’ve made the heartbreaking decision to step away from operating a social league for the time being. 💔

This wasn’t a decision made overnight, nor was it made without countless conversations, sleepless nights, and heavy hearts. Unfortunately, despite our hopes and every effort we’ve poured into growing the social side of the sport, we’ve reached a point where we need to take a step back.

To everyone who has ever walked through the doors at Riverwood, whether you came once, stayed for years, or found a second home there — thank you. 🙏💙
Thank you for creating a community that became so much more than just a place to play dodgeball. ❤️
For every Volunteer, Referee - Thank you for believing in us and what we were trying to build. You will always be a part of who we are.

Over the past 16 years, Dodgeball Sydney has been more than a business to us.
It has been our passion, our purpose, and a huge part of our lives. 🫶
We’ve poured our hearts, our time, our energy, and so much of ourselves into building something we hoped would bring people together.
Watching friendships form, relationships blossom, confidence grow, and people find a place where they truly belonged has been the greatest reward we could ever have asked for. 💙
Although our chapter at Riverwood is coming to an end, this is not the end of Dodgeball Sydney. 💪

We’ll still be cheering on our teams and players in the competitive scene through NSWDL, ADC and Worlds. 🌏🏆 We’ll still be running corporate events, birthday parties, equipment sales, and finding new ways to support and grow the sport we love. 🔴🔵

We hope you’ll join us for our FINAL OPEN DAY at Riverwood so we can fill the courts one last time with laughter, friendly competition, familiar faces, and all the memories that made this place so special. 🏐🎉

Dodgeball Ohana, it's almost time to wrap up our Drop-Ins for the year! ❤️

Due to a major national Futsal tournament taking over Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre from September through December, our venue won't be available for the remainder of 2026.

That means we have just TWO final sessions left, and we'd love to see as many of you there as possible!
