Building strong humans - body & mind

CALISTHENICS - LIFT - STRENGTH & MOVEMENT
Helping people move with confidence.

18/08/2026

Big shoutout to our member Pippa who achieved her first chin up!

This milestone doesn’t happen overnight, it happens day after day.

To conquer a complex skill requires dedication, commitment and patience.

It also requires a method - progressions, variations of the movement, coaching.

It may take months or years to build a new skill. The most important part is to do it having fun and with the support of amazing people along the way.

The tribe celebrates each others progress, the small wins and the ones.

The journey has beginning, middle and middle.

Congratulations Pippa! We’re proud of you!

The Tribe loves to catch up at Natalina’s after the gym sessions.

Especially on Saturdays, after Stretch or Lift classes, it’s always a great opportunity to get together.

Real people, building friendships and memories.

Today is Ferragosto! Go check it out!!!

Stephen is a legendary member of the Tribe. He has been coming to this gym even before it became Jungle.

Highly ranked professional and respected leader in the economics and finance industry, he loves skiing ⛷️, going to the movies 🍿, watching sports 🏉 and making great holiday trips ✈️ with his wife and kids.

As many top executives in his field, work demanded much from him - long hours in the office, business travels, endless meetings, stressful situations, high pressure, decision making and everything a leadership role requires.

On top of that, being a present father, husband, attending family events and caring for everyone around him. Ageing parents, siblings, relatives, etc.

Even though Stephen wasn’t training consistently, and it was difficult to keep the routine at times, he always made the effort to show up, train and follow the plan.

That was reflected in his yearly Executive Check Ups, where the medical tests would show that Stephen’s health was in the top 5% of Australian Executives.

When he was young, Stephen was playing in local Rugby teams and he was a referee for 15 years. He was an active guy.

During the years while his children were growing up, work took over and training wasn’t the priority - for years. Like many of his mates at work… “No time.” “I got bills to pay.”

This approach takes a toll in their lives - at home with their families and being present and also at work, focus and productivity.

Stephen shows that no matter how busy life gets, strength training and movement are the key to energy and vitality to do the things you love all your life and also responsible to unlock high levels of productivity, building a resilient mindset to handle all the pressure and a capable body that’s ready for any adventure.

His children are all grown up now, and he is working less - which frees more time for Stephen to dedicate to the gym, travel and lots of skiing.

Stephen’s main goal is to ski with his family until he is 80 years old. We look forward to all the amazing things he will achieve on his journey.

Stephen, Thank you for being an inspiration to the Tribe.

They live life to the fullest!
They’re building dreams.
They will live long and strong.
They know that vitality is more than just fitness.
They don’t normalise aches and pains and blame it on “getting old.”
They have high standards.
They reject the idea of ageing weak, frail and ill.
They’re not getting old.
They’re celebrating all the amazing things their body can do.

And because they’re living their best version, their family, loved ones, their team, and everyone around gets the benefits.

When you make healthy choices, your children will make them too.

They will not do as you say. They will do what you do.

Motivational talk can inspire, but leading by example will impact those around carrying them along.

The real reason why we want to keep showing up to the gym, is so we can keep showing up for our families.

Strong, capable, disciplined, resilient, present.

With the body and mindset that can tackle any challenge life throws at you and enjoy the adventures you will embark on.

Build the body that takes you towards your dreams!

Let’s go!
