☀️ Wishing you all a fabulous weekend filled with sunshine!
Spring is definitely in the air and it’s been another busy week here in my home clinic, welcoming lots of new and familiar faces.
I even had a client come in from Townsville while she’s in Sydney. We worked together with PSYCH-K® and she was amazed at how quickly her stress shifted, allowing us to work through several emotions. We’ll now continue online because energy knows no distance.
I’ve also had lots of Access Bars® sessions this week. I love seeing how deeply people receive. It can feel like a complete reset especially for those who are anxious, feeling low, or have experienced trauma they don’t want to revisit or talk about.
Sometimes you don’t need to talk.
Sometimes you just need to receive. 🤍
And my new Access Energetic Facelift™ has been getting lots of love too! ✨ Clients have been telling me how deeply relaxed they feel, how much tension they notice releasing and how lovely it feels to take 90 minutes just for themselves.
The special is still available until 12 September.
And mums, a little heads-up! My Saturdays in September are heavily booked and after-school appointments are filling fast. Mid-term is a great time for a little check-in if your child is feeling overwhelmed, stressed or simply not quite themselves. 💛
Enjoy your weekend!

You just know when you meet soul family. ❤️
This is one of those people for me.
We met over 14 years ago, and 7 years ago he became an Aussie. I was so honoured to celebrate that milestone with him. 🇦🇺
And there’s a little extra meaning in this for me… 19 years ago - just one day apart - I became an Australian citizen too. I am incredibly grateful to call Australia home. It really is home. And at the same time, my roots are, and always will be, Swiss. 🇨🇭I think we can hold both. We can belong somewhere new while still carrying where we came from. And perhaps that’s why connection is something I value so deeply.
I have clients who tell me they feel lonely. They find it difficult to make genuine connections. They feel like Sydney can be cliquey and that everyone already has their people. Interestingly, that hasn’t really been my experience. I’ve met some truly beautiful people here. People who have become friends, soul family, community.
But I also know that connection can feel incredibly hard when you’ve been hurt. When you’ve been rejected, disappointed, betrayed or simply learned that it feels safer to keep people at a distance, opening your heart again can feel risky. Vulnerability takes courage. Sometimes, before we can let the new in, there are things that need to be processed, released and let go of.
That’s a big part of the work we can explore in a session. Creating space for some of those old patterns, emotions and experiences to shift, so that perhaps something new can find its way in. Because sometimes it’s not that you don’t want connection. It’s that a part of you has learned it isn’t safe. When we begin to work with that… things can start to feel different. 🤍

✨ A little Thursday self-care? ✨
I have one Thursday appointment available this week, with a start time between 9.00–9.30am.
Maybe this is the perfect opportunity to spoil yourself with an Access Energetic Facelift™, still available at the introductory special until 12 September.
Or perhaps you’d simply love to lie back, switch off and have your Bars® run. 💆♀️
Today I had a first-time client experience Access Bars® for the first time, and she went deep. She described lots of downloads and visions coming through during her session.
And this is the thing about Access Bars®, it’s energy work, and we never really know what is going to unfold. ✨
The same can be said for the Access Energetic Facelift™. Every person and every session is different.
What is true for both? They are deeply relaxing, nurturing and give you permission to simply receive. 🤍
So, when was the last time you gave yourself some time to just receive?
If your answer is 'I can’t remember’… perhaps this is your sign. 😉
Thursday morning is available. Booking link in bio or DM me to secure your spot.

𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬🌙
One thing I see quite often in my work is children with an overstimulated nervous system. One of the simplest places to start is 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩. Many children simply aren’t getting enough of it. If bedtime has crept later and later, try bringing it forward by even an hour and see what changes.
When my boys were younger, this was our evening routine:
✨ Less sugar, particularly in the evening.
🛁 A relaxing bath, sometimes I’d add Epsom salts and a few drops of a calming essential oil.
🌿 Magnesium cream or spray on their feet if it was something that suited them.
📱 Screens off before bed. Instead, choose something calming that still feels fun such as a puzzle, colouring, Lego, drawing, a simple card game or reading a story together.
💡 Dim the lights and start creating that 'we’re winding down' feeling in the house.
💆♀️ A little massage with a suitable carrier oil. If using essential oils with children, make sure they are of high quality with no synthetic fillers or artificial fragrances, appropriate for their age, properly diluted and patch tested first.
🤍 Gentle touch. Stroking their back, hair or forehead can be incredibly soothing.
🎵 Gentle sacral rocking while humming, something I used to do with my boys when they were little.
🌬️ And finally, slow everything down. A few gentle breaths together, some quiet cuddles, or simply lying beside them for a few minutes can help signal to the body that it’s safe to rest.
It doesn’t have to be complicated. The most powerful thing we can give our children at the end of the day is simply 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.
And if your child is struggling with sleep, don’t underestimate how much difference getting to bed earlier can make.
What was your child’s bedtime like last night?

What a day! ✨
Just finished another Access Bars® class and, once again, it was a completely different experience.
Every person is different. Every session is different. And with 32 points on the head, there are so many possibilities for change.
One thing is for sure… it is deeply relaxing.
There’s no need to revisit trauma, talk about the past or try to figure everything out. You simply receive.
When you do an Access Bars® class, you don’t just learn all 32 points and practise giving two sessions. You also receive two sessions yourself.
That means you get to experience first-hand what it feels like to have your Bars run and what may be possible when you simply allow yourself to receive.
And on top of that, you learn other Access tools you can take with you into your everyday life.
If this is something you’ve been curious about learning, my next class will be Sunday, 20 September. I’ll pop the registration link in my bio this week.
What could be possible if you gave yourself permission to simply receive? ✨

A quick wrap-up of the week… well, almost! 😊
This week has been a busy one, and I’ve welcomed lots of new clients into my clinic.
We worked with quite a bit of emotional pain that, for some, had also been showing up as uncomfortable physical symptoms. Betrayal and resentment were themes that came up several times too.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, resentment is associated with the Gallbladder. Interestingly, one of my clients who presented with a lot of resentment has had their gallbladder removed.
Sometimes forgiveness can feel incredibly hard. But something I often remind my clients is that forgiveness isn’t about letting the person who caused the pain off the hook.
It’s about freeing ourselves.
Letting go of what we’ve been carrying so we can move forward. I’ll share a little more about this next week.
We also had several Access Bars® sessions this week, and my new offering, Access Energetic Facelift™, is proving to be very popular!
Lots of clients have taken advantage of the introductory offer, and I already have several sessions booked over the next couple of weeks.
And the one thing I’ve heard from everyone so far?
“It’s so relaxing and nurturing.” ✨
If you’d like to experience Access Energetic Facelift™, my introductory offer is available until 12 September. You’ll find all the details in my bio.
And finally… I’m actually running an Access Bars® class tomorrow!
For those who missed out, the next class will be Sunday, 20 September. I already have a couple of people interested, and because I intentionally keep my classes small, spots are limited.
If you’ve been thinking about learning Access Bars®, send me a message and I can give you all the details.
Have a beautiful weekend 🤍

Meet Gracie 🐾 Look at this gorgeous girl that came into our lives three years ago.
There is something about having Gracie curled up beside me that I find so incredibly soothing. Roxy is exactly the same.
Their presence seems to slow everything down. The warmth of them, their purring, their little bodies relaxing beside me… somehow my own body starts to relax too.
And that’s one of the things I love about our nervous system. It is constantly taking in information from what is around us. A calm environment, nature, sunlight, gentle movement, being barefoot on the grass, listening to calming music or having a cuddle with someone you love can all send those little messages of safety to the body.
And if cats aren’t your thing, I promise there are plenty of other ways to get that same feeling of coming back to yourself. 😉
One of my favourites is EFT tapping.
It’s something you can do almost anywhere, whenever you notice you’re feeling stressed, frustrated, overwhelmed or emotionally activated. Just a few minutes of tapping can help you slow things down and create a little more space between what you’re feeling and how you respond.
Sometimes we don’t need to do something big, we just need to give our nervous system a little bit of help.
Although having a gorgeous little Gracie curled up beside you certainly helps. 🤍

𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰!
And a lot of the stories running in the background were picked up when we were young.
From parents
Teachers
Friends
Our experiences
Things we were told
Things we observed
'Money doesn’t grow on trees'
'Money doesn’t bring happiness'
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐞. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐥𝐲… 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐥. 😂
'You have to work really hard for money'
'People like us don’t have that kind of success'
'Don’t get your hopes up'
'You’re not academic'
'You’re too sensitive'
'You’re not good enough'
We absorb these messages without even realising it, and they can become subconscious beliefs that continue to influence us as adults.
And sometimes, when we dig a little deeper, we KNOW where the story came from.
We remember who said it, we remember the experience and we can see that it wasn't actually true. But knowing where the belief came from doesn't automatically change it. You can consciously tell yourself, 'I am worthy! I am successful! Money comes easily to me!' every morning while staring at yourself in the mirror… Meanwhile your subconscious is sitting there going, “𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐡… 𝐧𝐚𝐡.” 😂
This is where PSYCH-K® comes in.
Rather than trying to consciously override those old beliefs, we work with the subconscious to help shift the beliefs and create new neural pathways that support you.
So yes…𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. 😂 You don't have to spend years trying to convince yourself to believe something different.
This work is 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭.

If you've ever stood in the middle of one of your child's big outbursts and thought, 'I don't know what to do anymore…' I see you. 🤍
I'm a mum too, so I completely understand how hard it can be when emotions are running high and nothing you say seems to be getting through.
Recently, a mum brought her child to see me because they were finding it really hard to regulate. Big emotions, big reactions and regular outbursts that felt overwhelming for everyone.
One thing I talk about with parents a lot is that 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠. When they're overwhelmed, their nervous system can move into fight/flight quickly. In that state, reasoning or telling them to calm down often isn't going to help.
Their nervous system needs to feel safe first.
So try:
🤍 Get down to their level and soften your voice.
🤍 Name what you see: 'I can see you're really angry.' 'This feels like too much right now.'
🤍 Use fewer words: 'I'm here.' 'You're safe.' 'We'll work it out when you're calmer.'
Once the storm has passed, help their body move some of that energy by jumping, stomping, shaking it out or going for a walk.
And this is why I work with so many parents. Not because we're doing anything wrong but because when we can regulate ourselves, we're better able to stay grounded when our child can't. We can respond rather than react and we can hold a safe space.
And I'm not saying this is easy. I'm a mum too, and there are definitely moments when my own nervous system is being tested! 😅
We don't have to get it perfect.
Our children are learning regulation partly through being regulated with us. 🤍
So next time the emotions explode, instead of asking:
'How do I stop this?'
Try asking:
'How can I help their nervous system feel safe enough to come back down?'

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜… 🐆
One of them is in my pinned posts.
The other one is this story…
For years, I’ve told my clients the story of the impala and the leopard because it beautifully illustrates something I talk about a lot in my work: what happens in our body when we experience stress.
Imagine an impala grazing peacefully when suddenly a leopard appears.
The chase is on.
Its nervous system goes into full survival mode. Heart racing. Muscles activated. Every part of its body focused on getting away.
And then… it escapes.
This is where the story gets really interesting.
The impala may begin to 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐞. Its body is coming down from that enormous surge of survival energy. And then it returns to moving, grazing and getting on with life.
We humans tend to do things a little differently. Something happens and the moment may be over, but our body can continue carrying the stress. We clench our jaw. Tighten our shoulders. Hold our breath. Our stomach knots.
And then our mind takes over…
Why did they say that? I should have said this… What if it happens again? We replay it. We hold it. We carry it.
So here's something I often suggest to my clients when they're feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or full of nervous energy:
𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭. Put on some music and shake your hands. Shake your arms. Bounce your legs. Roll your shoulders. Gently shake your whole body for a few minutes.
It might feel completely ridiculous at first. 😂 That's okay. Then stop. Stand still and notice your body.
Sometimes we try so hard to think our way out of stress, when our body may simply need some movement.
Of course, shaking isn't a treatment for trauma, and difficult experiences can't simply be 'shaken off'. But giving your body a safe, gentle physical outlet can be a really useful way to work with some of that built-up activation.
And now you know the second reason this leopard has a place in my clinic. 🐆🤍
