The brand-new Clubbercise Winter Release has arrived and here’s a little sneak peak. Packed with epic tracks and exciting new choreography, we will be cranking up the tunes, lighting up the room and bringing your clubbing days back to life.

Meet GLOW ALL-STAR NAT!

Nat tried lots of different types of exercise over the years, from gym to jiu jitsu but none really resonated, feeling like a chore to go to.

"Music has always been a passion of mine so when a friend invited me to come along to a dance class at Glow I gave it a go. I’m SO GLAD I did. There I found a form of movement that felt amazing and that I look forward to, as opposed to dragging myself along. It was a real watershed moment for me."

What keeps her coming back? THE MUSIC!

"The playlists are always fire and put me in a great mood. I also love the Glow community, a bunch of awesome people who truly embrace inclusion and individuality. Of course I have to give a special mention to the Clubbercise glow sticks too!"

We asked her if she felt more positive about her health, both physical and mental, since coming to GLOW, and this was her response.

"1000%. Physically I feel more energetic and flexible, and mentally much more able to manage stress. I’m a working mum which takes a lot out of me, but having my special time on the dance floor each week is truly uplifting!"

It's such a joy watching you shine on the GLOW dance-floor Nat. Nobody works those GLOW sticks with as much enthusiasm as you do!

Turns out the best workout is the one that doesn't feel like one.
