Senior Netball - Grandfinal results

A tough outcome for both teams on Saturday, but what an incredible achievement to make it all the way to the Grand Final!

Week 2 of Junior Football Finals is here! Best of luck to our U12 Red, U12 Gold and U17.5 teams this weekend.

Round 18 saw our final A grade debutant for the season, being Billy Amanatidis. Coming from a background of soccer, Billy has worked hard through all grades of the club, starting in the D grade and finally hitting the A grade on Saturday. He by no means looked out of place, so hopefully can take the game in his stride and grow into an A grade footballer next year.

Congrats Billy!

A fitting result on Saturday as our B grade took the points against Broadview in Jarrod Morris’ final match as Coach. Jezza has been at the helm for the past 12 seasons, making finals 11 out of the 12 years, coaching in 7 Grand Finals and attaining 3 premierships.

Jezza has also done a huge amount of work behind the scenes linking the junior program to seniors and also the C grade to the As. With Flinders Park in his blood, Jezza has been a massive part of the success of our club over recent times, having coached/ developed a large percentage of our senior player ranks in either juniors or as a senior (or both).

We can’t thank Jezza enough for everything he has done, and will continue to do for this great club!

⭐️ JACINTA LANGFORD 100 GAMES⭐️

Last weekend Jacinta Langford played her 100th Winter Netball game at Flinders Park 👏

Jaz has accomplished a lot in those games, making 3 grandfinals and winning 2 premierships aswell as coaching our C team this year!!

Off the court, Jaz is just as dedicated, being a hardworking member of our Netball Committee and always putting in the effort behind the scenes to help our club run smoothly.

Jaz is the backbone of the Flinders Park Netball Club and we are all so grateful for everything you do both on and off the court!

This Saturday, join us at the club to celebrate the men’s last home game and our netball teams in the grand finals! We’ll have drink specials, a raffle for a slushy machine, and the Mingle Meat Tray Raffle from Seaton Park Meats. P.a. Wood will be performing live from 5 PM, with presentations starting at 6:30 PM.
