A few updates from the studio this month:
• Schedule updates are coming soon – keep an eye on the app
• Classes are now open to ages 13+ (with parent consent)
• Bella is stepping down as Studio Manager, but you’ll still see her teaching and being part of the MPHQ community
• We’ve removed the virtual screen – keeping our focus on connection, coaching and community in the room
